Ref 2519 St George’s Rd. Alex and Dominic were the installers for this job. It consisted of black pressed aluminium copings and a black pressed aluminium facade above sliding doors with standing seams. As always, a great job. Great attention to detail. Another terrific job by Roles.

Chris came to our house on Friday to drill two 100mm diameter holes through aluminium fascias, installed recently by Chris and Alex, and timber beams for extractor fan vents. He advised me politely that the location of the vents, proposed and marked by me, were unsuitable. New and better locations were agreed quickly. Chris drilled the first hole with little difficulty but encountered a problem while drilling the second hole. The deployment of Roles's 'search calmly and find a solution capability' ensured the hole was completed successfully. I am grateful for Chris's help.
