Ordered on Dec 21 for Xmas delivery. Received an email confirmation order being processed. Then received a call and was told to expect a call back. Never happened. It is Jan 2, 2024. Order not delivered. No one is answering the phone or responding to emails. I expect a refund !

Excellent - Paul was very helpful and resulted in an easy, smooth delivery. Whereas the delivery may have been a little bit slower than other retailers (possibly because wine was in bond originally?), the wine and online selection is excellent. The same can be said of the communications and Paul always answered his phone. Most importantly, this delivery keeps both me and my Wife very happy. Will use again! Thank you!

Excellent shop. Very happy with my purchase. I went in person. They were really helpful with helping choose a bottle of Port 😊. Will definitely be back!

Bottle delivered was not the year that I ordered especially when this formed the basis of the sale as it held a special memory. Disappointing waiting for response from seller.
Update: No response from the seller obviously scam site reading all the other reviews. Fake advertising avoid.

The other 1 star reviews regarding service are true. Probably the worst customer service in terms of communication I've experienced. Still waiting after 6 weeks for a refund after returning wine. Nobody calls me back, no response to emails. Avoid this shop; Its either an atrocious attitude to customer service, or a deliberate con.
Edit following owner reply- owner initially stated “we have had several returns of that wine, and needed my tracking No to confirm which one was mine”. Then later claimed to have had “no returns of that wine” at all.
I would never order from this shop.
I believe he did get my return, and simply kept it and kept my money.

Brilliant prices, so much cheaper going direct. Thry also sourced some specific wine for me too. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately a case of wine missing though which was a bit frustrating. However, after a few phonecalls, Paul couriered a replacement case on the day we needed it by and it arrived in time! Will defintely use this company again, great customer service. Thank you!

Really poor experience so far. I placed an order and received a confirmation email. Two weeks later I hadn't received the delivery or had any further info so I emailed requesting an update. Another week down the line and I haven't had any response. Wondering if I'm ever going to see my order.

Always popping into The Wine shop in Chobham High Street for wine & sparkling. I have used the wine shop multiple times online also to send gifts to friend always great service & speedy delivery! Thanks Paul & Team

I’ve given up, the aim of the owner I guess. Ordered gorgeous Ruby bottle of Chivas for our 40th
Anniversary. Corked and offered a replacement which we never received. Since March I’ve called countless times, left messages with really friendly staff, sent DM’s, emails, contacted trading standards and tried to get a refund from my credit card. All to no avail and Paul will no doubt create a nasty response to this review. I hope others read this before ordering because all the other reviews mirror our experience, Paul will not make contact, in any form if you have an issue, I wish we’d read the reviews first. Life’s too short, this is way too stressful, I’m deleting anything to do with this company and moving on with my life.
