What an unbelievable little cricket club with some very modern facilities. I remember playing here about twenty years ago when the club was actually across the road. Now there is a fantastic new clubhouse and bar and two cricket pitches where one can spectate on two matches at the same time. Although the buildings are modern they sit in within the local environment very well. Was visiting the club with the Nepotists CC.

The new clubhouse is a huge enhancement to Valley End. Our son played a game in the howling wind, but no rain (which instead hit at 18:00). The coaching is very good, regularly with 1st team players, as well as retired types. 3 pitches. 4 nets (2 during COVID). If anyone asked me where the best cricket club in this area was I would say Valley End.

Ive been going to watch cricket at valley end now for many years. With new pavillion , setting, pitch, its now a wonderful place to watch cricket. Well done to everyone concerned at club for making this happen. County ground one day? Why not
