We love this place. The service is excellent. It feels like the staff genuinely care and want the best for you in your purchase. Great care and attention taking when fitting my daughters riding hat (2nd one from here), their knowledge shines through in an authentic manner.

I am sorry to say that my daughter went in there for a riding hat but seemed to hold very limited stock and found the lady serving quite abrupt and not very helpful,so as a result we go to rokas who seemed to be much more eager to help .If these small businesses need to survive,stock management and customer service are surely key !

I always find what I need here. Although the stock isn’t massive it has everything you might need with great brands. You can tell that the stuff has been well selected. The staff are always on hand to help and I’ve found them to always be very knowledgable.

Great staff who really know the stock, but as importantly, understand the lifestyle that underlies and justifies why this sort of kit is expensive, yet also an investment in terms of helping you get the most out of a rural / equine / doggy lifestyle.

There is not one negative thing that I can say about this place. The people are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. They do whatever they can to help people and respond to questions. I am so very pleased with every single aspect about this place. The prices are very reasonable and I cannot wait to go back. It makes sense to pay a decent amount of money to obtain something which is durable and high quality. When I lose a bit more weight, I will be able to purchase some clothing.

Good for what they sell. Only problem was we tried to buy three different things none of which they had in our size. They only do credit note returns so we did not order through them. Service became frosty once this was apparent.

The best shop in the world! It would be impossible to find more knowledgeable or more pleasant staff. It's not just about horses either, as there are loads of things for people and dogs too. Utterly brilliant for socks!

Surprised and delighted by the extensive stock held by Chobham Rider. Everything from the high end brands to those on a budget. Car park to the rear of the shop is free. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
