We hired Timberley for 8 months. This was unfortunately not a positive experience. They demonstrated little knowledge of plants; for example, none of the tender plants were prepared for winter, which meant I lost many I had spent years cultivating and nurturing. Their communication was poor and inconsistent, including saying they would do things like spraying paths to kill weeds and never did. Lastly, do NOT under any circumstance pay them in advance. They did not complete the hours they were paid for and I have tried to contact them for 4 months online, by the phone and in person regarding a refund for outstanding hours and still have no response. There are much better and more reliable gardening services in the area deserving of your business, please support them instead.
