Very helpful in finding a booking for our Holiday however when a misunderstanding arose on the booking, usual problem with tourism of one agent passing the buck to another. We were left to try to sort out our room booking as the prestige holiday rep, the hotel and the travel agent all completely deny any responsibility and above all do not go the extra mile to provide any customer satisfaction - if only they realised how important a yearly family holiday is
