Yates built a lovely roof extension to our detached house, and we couldn't be happier with the experience and the finished product. From start to finish, Ross, Kelly and the site team were a joy to work with: proactive, professional and productive. We were kept updated on progress throughout, and the team were always on hand to assist with any queries and requests we had. The work took slightly longer as we asked for some additions along the way, but the agreed work was completed on time and on budget. The work was done to a very high standard by a mix of Yates staff and sub-contractors, all of whom were a joy to work with. We wouldn't have any hesitations to work with Yates again, and would recommend them to anyone else looking for high quality work by a highly professional and focussed company.

Yates Build carried out an excellent job within our factory to remove an internal wall and rebuild and decorate to the space. the team were courteous and considerate at all times, punctual and carried out a very clean job.

Ross, (Yates build) carried out 2 pieces of work for us, 1 converted old macerate toilet to normal sewer linked one, by digging trench to link to main sewer whilst liasing with water board. & 2 upgraded our stairs to oak, with some as veneer to keep cost down. Could not be happier, great experience from day 1. Ross understood our needs and gave us options, he was really good with communication we knew where we were at all times. Very reliable, really tidy, taking measures to reduce dust etc. and cleared up everyday. Ross is highly skilled and has high standards and takes pride in his work. Ross is also very pleasant and very respectfully of our home. I would not hesitate to use again in future, and no hesitation to recommend him too.

We have been working with Ross for a number of years on lots of projects and we are Very Very please with all the work he has undertaken for us. Pictures are of the one of the oak floor Ross installed for us in our house (we have had every room done now). We have had all internal doors replaced, floors fitted, cupboards made and external soffits fascia replaced to name a few. 100% reliable, hardworking and friendly with a level high level of craftmanship.
