Patrick is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and passionate with regard to Jupiter heating systems he represents. He has the patience of a saint, and was able to answer all our many questions in the planning stages. The wet underfloor screed replacement system which came in varying depths suited our project down to the ground as we had varying floor levels running from our old kitchen through to our new orangery and new kitchen extension. The floor warms and compensates well despite a large area of glass: an orangery with a large roof lantern and large sliding doors. We very much appreciate Patrick's ability to get all our trades talking together in one meeting to get our system optimised after install. Highly recommend Jupiter from planning, communication (Thanks Monika and Patrick), through to highly efficient install (Thanks Josh and team) and responsive aftercare when needed.

If you are looking at an underfloor heating system, look no further. We had Jupiter (system not planet) installed in 2016 and have never looked back. Who cares that electricity costs more than diamonds and oil is not far behind, once you've had a Jupiter underfloor heating system installed you won't care. The staff are excellent and always happy to help. You never have to wait for automated anything, real life humans, with real life humour are always on the end of the phone. My main contact at Jupiter was Patrick, who was always very helpful, patient and knowledgeable right from our first contact. He understood straight away my needs and what is required from a technical side, taking into account conditions of my sub-floor and ceiling hight. Patrick helped me navigating through the entire project and even went an extra mile by liaising with timber floor installers and providers of wireless thermostats, making sure the best possible system functionality. His support was extremely valuable and also really pleasant and friendly. As for the product itself, it is without a doubt one of the best UFH systems on the market. The installation is quick, efficient and clean. The heating output is great even with the timber flooring and the rooms warm up quickly. I particularly enjoy a remote control functionality, as I travel a lot. It allows me to control a temperature in the house from anywhere and to create a warm and cozy atmosphere in the flat by the time of my arrival back home. I can’t recommend Jupiter’s UFH product and service highly enough. It’s definitely worth every penny.

The Jupiter system really is first class. We installed the between-joist UFH system and the eco screed replacement tile system. I could not recommend both systems more highly. The installation is quick, clean and optimises the space, maximising insulation and minimising room height loss. Barn Conversion underfloor heating system supplied and fitted. During 2019 Jupiter Heating were heavily involved from start to finish with the planning installation and commission of the underfloor heating at our barn conversion. Throughout they assisted in planning problems relating to technical calculations and thermal values.
