More like the wifi pirates. They know more than the average person for sure. Wanted to sell me less than £200 worth of equipment for £1000. The justification being set up (admittedly 3 hours of their time using the manufacturers set up wizard) and 1 years support. Far from wizards. My consultation consisted of them wandering around my house using the same apps I already have and me explaining more to them than them diagnosing. Their final recommendation was laughable and they knew it. When I finally read around the topic, managed to get a much better solution for a fraction of the price.

Bill visited us this week to solve problems with a weak wi-fi signal in part of the house. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and left us with a brilliant signal all round the house. I would definitely recommend his services.

Bill Lane certainly is a ‘WiFi Wizard’. Not only do all my devices now talk to each other throughout my home, but also I can now even see who is calling at my front door when I’m out thanks to the new ‘RING Doorbell’ he’s fitted.

After five years of not being able to get Netflix and I player on my Samsung Smart TV, and much frustration with Vodafone and Samsung pointing the finger of blame at each other I decided to ask Bill the WiFi expert to sort it out for me. After 45 mins of fault finding he diagnosed the problem to a missing firmware update on the TV as well as very poor wifi signals. All was promptly resolved, just wish I had heard of his services a lot sooner. Highly recommended and good value.
